We offer free delivery on all orders over £40 and 2 delivery options:
Standard Delivery (2-3 days) - £3.49
Express Delivery (Next Day) - £4.95
We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible, within 24hrs and the average delivery time for standard tracked delivery is 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Our fastest shipping option is express-tracked delivery, express delivery is usually 1-2 working days after dispatch.
We can only apply one shipping address per order, so Unfortunately if you wanted different pouches to go to
different addresses the orders would need to be placed
Yes! We offer bulk services to our customers for events.

We advice our customers to consume within 4 weeks of receiving them :-)
But we all know they wont last that long! 😉

Providing your order has not already been picked and packed you may be able to cancel your order. You will need to contact us via email at email@example.com (within 2 hours of placing your order) and we will provide you with an email confirmation of any order cancellations.
**Please note** - orders that have already been dispatched are not subject to cancellation.
Yes! We have worked with several corporate customers to offer custom-made boxes for any occasion.

We accept orders 24 hours a day. However, all support emails, messages, and order fulfillment are done between 9 am-5 pm Monday- Friday.
We use Royal Mail tracked service and DX for larger orders.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a collection service.
